The monthly subscription fee for apeXride includes the cost of using the selected vehicle, basic & casco insurance coverage, advanced alarm & telemtric systems, tyres, and regular maintenance services. Additional services can be developed individually for each customer’s needs. The subscription fee does not cover fuel, or any fines and penalties incurred during the use of the vehicle. Optional services or products can be added for an extra charge as specified in the Pricelist.
2Buy or 2 Subscribe with apeXride, you need to provide the following documents: For Individual Subscribers: A valid driver’s licence and a government-issued ID (e.g., passport or national ID card), personal credit info.
For Business Subscribers: Company registration documents, proof of business activity, credit info, and details of the authorized driver(s).
A valid payment method, such as a bank-issued credit or debit card, is also required for processing the Agreement Fee and the first Monthly Fee.
Yes, you can terminate your subscription early, but it will incur an early termination fee based on the remaining term of the agreement. The specific amount is detailed in the Terms & Conditions. If you wish to change the vehicle during your subscription, it may be possible, subject to availability and approval from apeXride. Additional fees may apply for changing the vehicle, including a new Agreement Fee and any adjustments in the Monthly Fee based on the new vehicle.
If you exceed the monthly mileage limit specified in your subscription agreement, you will be charged an extra mileage fee. The rate for additional kilometers is outlined in the Pricelist available on the apeXride website. The extra mileage fee will be billed separately and must be paid along with your next monthly payment.
The subscribed car can be driven by the primary subscriber or any additional driver(s) with a full responsibility of primary subscriber. All drivers must hold a valid driver’s license and meet the eligibility criteria set by apeXride. Unauthorized individuals or those not listed in the B2B agreement are not permitted to drive the vehicle. If you wish to add an additional driver, you must notify apeXride and receive approval.
For regular maintenance and repairs, apeXride will provide you with instructions on approved service centers where the vehicle can be serviced. You are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is maintained in good condition and adheres to the recommended service schedule. Any major repairs or warranty work should be coordinated through apeXride, and the costs associated with maintenance are generally covered by the subscription, except for damage caused by misuse or neglect.
